Trust standards

Selective, explainable and human-reviewed.

Humenta Select uses published standards for seniority, evidence, verification, opportunity rights, public profiles, representation, disclosure and AI assistance. Six relevant years is the minimum and ten or more is preferred. Human reviewers make final trust decisions. External jobs, blind profiles and named profiles each follow different consent, freshness, indexing and structured-data rules.

Verification is a current evidence decision.

Verification is evidence-bound, versioned and time-limited; it is not a permanent endorsement or an automatic role recommendation.

Base evidence

Identity and subject ownership, six-plus relevant years, work history, claimed outcomes, senior ownership, references where required and current declarations.

Human decision

AI may organize evidence, but a qualified reviewer approves, requests revisions, rejects, expires or suspends verification.

Correction and expiry

Candidates can correct evidence and request review. Material changes or expiry invalidate dependent fit and representation decisions.

Rights and consent

One checkbox never grants everything.

The platform keeps acquisition, membership, promotion and commercial representation separate.

Opportunity rights

Managed jobs require employer authorization. External pages use independently verified public facts, original summaries and no job structured data.

Profile visibility

Private is the default. Only current verified candidates can choose a blind-public or named-public version and later unpublish it.

Representation and identity

Role-specific consent authorizes an exact blind pitch; company interest and a separate candidate release are required before identity disclosure.
