The challenge
Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and industrial automation — and increasingly a software and data company. But in the war for digital talent, industrial brands are often overlooked by engineers and technologists who default to the household tech names.
The goal was to reposition Schneider Electric in the minds of diverse, global tech talent: as a place where technologists solve some of the world's most important sustainability and infrastructure problems.
What we did
We built a sustained, always-on presence rather than a single campaign, drawing on three frameworks:
- Attract — multi-year employer-branding partnership, company profiles, and talent campaigns reaching the 200K+ community.
- Connect — conference sponsorship and activations that put Schneider Electric on the main stage in front of global tech audiences.
- Amplify — social and content amplification that carried the employer-brand story across channels between events.
Running on Humenta OS meant Schneider Electric's presence compounded across years — building familiarity and affinity with the exact audience it needed to reach.
The outcome
Schneider Electric became a recurring presence in the community across multiple years — establishing itself, alongside the major technology brands, as a destination for technologists who want their work to matter.
The combination of a real community and serious technology is the differentiator. It's marketing that actually compounds.
