The challenge
GE HealthCare competes for the same scarce, senior engineering, data, and product talent as every major technology company — and needs that talent to reflect the diversity of the patients its technology serves. Reaching those people through conventional job boards and recruiting channels is slow, expensive, and undifferentiated.
They needed a way to show up authentically, at scale, in front of an engaged community of exactly the professionals they wanted to hire — and to do it consistently, not as a one-off campaign.
What we did
We built a multi-year program that combined three of our frameworks into a single, compounding presence:
- Connect — headline sponsorship of the flagship global conference for three consecutive years, with main-stage presence, virtual booths, and curated activations.
- Attract — employer-brand storytelling, mentorship campaigns, and talent programs delivered into a 200K+ professional community.
- Elevate — executive dinners and speaking placements that positioned GE HealthCare leaders as voices in the tech-for-good conversation.
Humenta OS ran underneath the whole program — EventHash for the conference infrastructure, our content engine for always-on storytelling, and analytics tying activity back to reach and engagement.
The outcome
The clearest signal of impact is renewal: GE HealthCare returned as headline sponsor three years running. The program became a cornerstone of how the company shows up to global, diverse tech talent — moving from a single event activation to a sustained, year-round presence in the community.
The reach and the quality of the audience were unlike anything we'd accessed before. It became a cornerstone of how we show up to global tech talent.
