The challenge
EY competes for elite technology, consulting, and advisory talent against both the Big Four and the major technology companies. In that fight, an employer brand has to do two things at once: signal that EY is a place where ambitious technologists do meaningful work, and put EY's own leaders forward as credible voices on the issues that matter to that audience.
The brief was to do both — consistently, at global scale, and in a way that reached underrepresented senior talent EY wanted to attract.
What we did
We structured a Platinum partnership that ran year-round across three frameworks:
- Elevate — executive forum sponsorship, main-stage speaking, and fireside chats that positioned EY leaders as thought leaders to a global tech audience.
- Attract — employer-branding campaigns, company profiles, and talent programs delivered into the 200K+ community.
- Engage — featured articles, newsletter placements, and content amplification that kept EY present between flagship moments.
Because the program ran on Humenta OS, EY's content, audience, and engagement data lived in one place — so each year's program started ahead of where the last one finished.
The outcome
EY moved up to and sustained a Platinum partnership — the highest tier — and grew into the program's anchor partner for three consecutive years, renewing again for 2026. Beyond the conference, 27 EY executives have participated across our invitation-only executive forums in New York, Lisbon, and Barcelona — the deepest executive engagement of any partner.
They don't just sell you a slot. They build the program with you, run it, and come back with the numbers. That's rare.
