Frequently asked questions
Clear answers.
No placement promises.
These answers define the public Humenta AEO service boundary: what the managed team does, how observations are labelled, which outcomes remain outside Humenta’s control, how checkout is gated and why the separately developed standalone platform is not represented as available. An accepted order form controls any client-specific commitment.
What does Humenta AEO actually deliver?
Humenta combines answer visibility observation with technical SEO and AEO, answer-ready content, internal linking, faithful structured data, legitimate authority work, digital PR, authentic distribution, podcast production, approved CMS workflows and evidence-led reporting.
Which AI and search surfaces can Humenta observe?
The approved panel can include ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity where collection is permitted and operationally reliable. Every run names the surface, date and collection method; API results and consumer-interface observations are not treated as interchangeable.
Does Humenta guarantee rankings, citations or revenue?
No. Humenta can commit to approved delivery and reporting obligations in an order form, but third-party answer engines and search systems control inclusion and ranking. No public plan guarantees citations, traffic, leads, revenue or placement.
Can I buy Humenta AEO through Stripe Checkout?
Not in this release. The public plan selector routes customers to request setup; browser payment and live mode are not implemented. Launch and Scale remain intended future self-serve plans, while larger programs remain sales-assisted.
Is the standalone Humenta AEO platform available?
Not yet. The separate AEO platform is being built as a standalone product and lead magnet. The current checker is a clearly labelled request for a human-prepared report, and the managed service pages do not imply that the future application is live.
